ModYourCar.com supporting PTC Frankston

PTC Frankston

I have always thought of ModYourCar.com as a lifestyle brand – because your car forms part of your lifestyle! Of course however your lifestyle encompasses so much more than your car, as you know very well.

Over the last 4 or 5 months myself and a few friends have taken up the hobby of powerlifting, which basically is about lifting heavy stuff! We train pretty intensely following a program recommended to us by Markos at PTC and so far the results have been awesome! Powerlifting is one of those activities where you only get what you put in, so if you make excuses not to train and eat the wrong foods then your progress will suffer – it’s pretty full on!

After speaking with Markos I decided that a great way of showing our support for other lifestyle related activities is to be involved with one. So, I am proud to announce that ModYourCar.com is now an official supporter/sponsor of PTC Frankston.

I am headed off to Melbourne later this month and will be training with Markos and some of the lifters at PTC. I am hoping to get some video footage and possibly an interview with Markos for MYC TV.

If you are interested in keeping fit, going to the gym and looking after yourself, then check out PTC Frankston today, it will change the way you think. I know it has for me that’s for sure!

Here is an exert taken from their web site, just to give you an idea of what PTC is all about:

Performance Training Centre is based in Frankston, Victoria. It has only one goal, to make people better versions of themselves. It doesn’t promise anything. Whatever you achieve is because you worked hard to achieve it. There are no fad training styles, no fad diets, no fad trainers. Old school is still the best school when it comes to training and nutrition. You will not find a treadmill or exercise bike, rower or stepper at PTC. There are plenty of Pleasure Spas that have those. You will find lots of heavy weights, Olympic bars and bumper plates, kettlebells, bands, chains, 90kg stones, dumbbells, sandbags, gripping implements, kegs and atmosphere.

They also have a YouTube channel where PTC publish videos of their lifting feats, it’s inspiring to watch, check it out at http://www.youtube.com/user/PTCFrankston
