Quick review. Easy to install. Took me 5 mins. Unscrewed old gear knob, then unscrew the inside part of the Sparco knob and face the arrow towards the dash. Then take the 3 small screws and with the tool included screw them on evenly until they grab and tighten. After that just screw on the Sparco knob and that's it! Then you can adjust the cover to fit the new gear knob. This was for an R32 GTST.
