Shipping of products is a very important part in the process, especially when fragile products need to be transported over large distances. We ensure all orders shipped utilise the best methods possible with a minimum amount of risk.
What shipping service do we use?The majority of orders shipped use the Australia Post regular parcel service or sometimes Express Post, depending on the order. For orders over $100 we use the Registered Post service. This means you must sign for your package on delivery. In most cases however products are dispatched directly from suppliers to our customers to shorten the turnaround time of orders. In these cases the shipping method used will be that of the supplier, usually Express Post or Courier. What is the cost of shipping? The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order, destination post code and dimensions of the parcel. The calculations we use are based on Australia Posts regular parcel service.Shipping charges can be calculatd using the shipping calculator provided on the shopping cart screen. Simply add the products you are after to your cart then use the shipping calculator to calculate the shipping cost. Is the delivery insured? We make it compulsory that all orders are fully insured at the rate of $1.05 per $100 (or part thereof), in excess of $100 and up to $5000.
How long will it take to get my products?Upon receival of your payment, when products ordered are in stock they are sent out directly to you. In cases where the wait may be longer due to unforseen circumstances, you will be contacted. We do experience delays over holiday periods such as Christmas and New Year.
Special Order ProductsThere are a number of products we make available that require a special order to be put through which can take a considerable amount of time. In this instance you will be contacted.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Once you confirm your order we will then provide a shipping cost. Due to the complex nature of car parts/accessories and international shipping we must operate this way so we can calculate the best shipping method available and the correct shipping cost.
