Shipping of products is a very important part in the process, especially when fragile products need to be transported over large distances. We ensure all orders shipped utilise the best methods possible with a minimum amount of risk.
What shipping service do we use?
Products are shipped direct from suppliers using their preferred delivery method which is normally a courier such as TNT or Australian Air Express.
Dispatch direct from suppliers means a faster turnaround!
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order, destination post code and product size. The calculations we use for shipping is based on our suppliers preferred delivery methods.
Shipping charges can be calculatd using the shipping calculator provided on the shopping cart screen. All you need to do is add the products you want to your cart and then use the calculator provided.
Is the delivery insured?
Yes. All deliveries are completely insured.
How long will it take to get my products?
On average it will take a week to receive your order once we receivce your payment. Delivery times can difer based on stock level, supplier order queue, delivery source/destination etc...
When situations arise where we expect delays we will contact you normally via the e-mail address you provided with your order.
During the holiday seasons such as Christmas we do expect delays due to higher volumes so please keep that in mind when ordering for special occassions!
