LED Washer Nozzles - Blue

Replace your existing windscreen washer nozzles with these stylish coloured LED nozzles.

Installation is straight forward and you can even wire them in to illuminate at night with your headlights or make them flash with your indicators.

Each nozzle has a chrome look finish and has an inbuilt coloured LED of your choice.

Installation Instructions
This installion procedure replaces the original pair of nozzles mounted in the hood with your new LED enhanced Nozzles.

In your nozzle light kit you will find these parts:

• 2 Nozzle Light LEDs with wires attached
• 2 Nuts
• 2 Washers

First, you will have to remove your old washer nozzles. Have a look under the bonnet. Most standard vehicles have some sort off standard clamp that is quite easy to remove.

After the old nozzles are removed, you can now install the LED nozzles. The LED nozzles will have 2 wires each, one black (-) and one black and white (+). Run these through the hood. Then push the new nozzles through the opening left in the hood by the old nozzles. Secure the LED from the underside of the hood with the washer and nut. Then tighten the nut securely.

Once both of the LEDs have been mounted, bolt the water pipes onto the new LED nozzles.

Wiring of this kit can be done in a few ways:

Option 1 - Simple switch
The easy way is just get two wires running from the battery plus and minus points to the dashboard and install a small on/off switch in the dashboard for convenience. You can get one of these 12 volt switches at any electrical part shop for a couple of dollars.

Option 2 - Flashing
Run the wires coming from the LED nozzles on the underside of the hood to the side of the vehicle. The first step is to ground the 2 black wires. This can be done anywhere in the engine bay. Make sure you ground the wires to the vehicle chassis. You want to run black and white wire to connect with the indicator wire. Remove the vehicle's indicator signal harness. Turn the indicator on, and using a voltmeter locate the wire that is powered when the blinker flashes. Wire the nozzle's red wire to this wire. Make sure that your connection is completely waterproof. This will make the nozzles flash in conjunction with the indicators.
