• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if you want to take up this offer.
• You must return the product as new so that it can be resold as a new item. If the item is not as new when we receive it we will send it back to you. You will be responsible for paying the return postage before we send the product back.
• You are responsible for sending and paying to have the product returned. We highly suggest making sure the delivery is insured. We are not responsible for damage whilst in freight, that is your responsibility.
• You will receive a credit only for a returned item, not a full refund. The credit will only be for the amount of the item, not the shipping cost. If the item(s) were part of our FREE SHIPPING incentive then the shipping amount will be subtracted from the cost of the product and that is the credit amount you will receive. For example if you bought an intercoler kit for $699 (FREE SHIPPING) and it cost us $50 to ship then you will only receive a $549 credit.
