What is a Group Buy?
Group Buys are simply about bulk buying resulting in a saving. When you participate in a group buy it means you are privileged to a lower than normal price for a product.
When you place an order for a group buy product you are added to a list of of customers who are participating in the group buy. Once the close date is reached and assuming the minimum order quantity has been achieved, the group buy will be processed.
For full information on a group buy please visit the products information screen. You will be given information showing you the minimum quantity required, the current number of participating customers (current orders), the closing date and any special notes you should read and be familiar with.

What if the minimum order quantity is not reached by the closing date?
Depending on the number of current orders we may extend it for a small period of time to try and make up the numbers or we may cancel the group buy.
If the group buy is cancelled we will contact you to arrange a refund of your payment.

When will I get the product?
If by the closing date we have the achieved minimum order quantity then we will commence processing the group buy.
Some group buys will require special orders from manufacturers; more information on these types of scenarios can be found in the special notes for the group buy.

Can anyone participate in a group buy?
Absolutely! Anyone can participate unless otherwise stated in the special notes for the group buy.
