"Where is your shop located?"
This web site is our shop; you are on it! We are a complete online shop and as such have no physical shop. The reduction in shop overheads allows us to offer you a huge range of products at the best possible price.
"Do you only accept credit card?"
Of course not! We also accept bank transfers, cheques and money orders. For more information read our Payments page.
"How much will shipping be?"
You can calculate shipping simply by adding the product(s) you are after to your cart and then using the shipping estimator on the shopping cart screen. With larger, more obscure items like exhausts and seats however the shipping estimator is not quite accurate and the shipping cost may have to be determined and adjusted once your order is put through.
"Do you ship outside of Australia?"
Absolutely! We now accept international orders directly through the web site.
"Are my personal details kept secure?"
Your privacy is our top priority. Our very own 128-bit secure certificate ensures your personal details are kept safe at all times. Read our Privacy Agreement for more information.
"What if I am not satisfied with my product?"
If you are not happy with your product then you may be eligible to participate in our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. For more information read the Satisfaction Guarantee page.
"Do you price match?"
Our promise to you is that price is never a reason to shop anywhere else. If you have found a product legitimately advertised by a competitor for cheaper let us know and we will do our best to at least match the price for you. For further information read our section on Product Pricing.
"Can you do the fitting for me?"
We can perform any sort of workshop service whether it be a car service to an engine conversion or car audio installation but only for Perth customers. We have partnering workshops in Perth that do the work for us. If you are interested in getting any sort of work done on your car then let us know and we can arrange it for you.
"Do the prices on the site include GST?"
Yes they do. Our prices are displayed including GST. We feel displaying prices ex-GST is misleading and unfair to our customers.
